This is from a fellow embroidery/craft/vynil SBO. I feel like I have to share. In my case, not really related to mental health, but definitely time lines, patience, respect & understanding most of all.
I’ve learnt that customers who say “I’m not picky” are the worse ever.
Lesson learned: if you are not willing to follow MY guidelines & MY TAT, you are out of my league. There, I said it & I’ve honestly done it. We are humans too. People need to have more empathy. 💕❌👚💯🧵🪡
