Rice Family Community Events is bringing Prehistoric Park to Cabarrus Brewing Company, 329 McGill Avenue NW, Concord, North Carolina, on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12 to 4 p.m.

This is a FREE family-friendly afternoon full of dinosaurs, discovery, and hands-on fun.

🦖 Live Dinosaur Meet & Greet presented by Welcome to Jurassic Parties (12:30pm–1:30pm)
🦕 Dino Ranger Experience led by official ranger for the day, Hope Jordan (12:30pm–1:30pm)
🦆 Special Character Appearance – meet Explorer Donald the Duck, dressed and ready for adventure (2:00pm–3:00pm)
🦴 Fossil Viewing Experience featuring real fossil displays in the mezzanine space

Before the movie, our friends at Three Fairies Co. are bringing Princess Belle to Gate 1 for a FREE Royal Meet & Greet from 6:00–7:00 PM!

Creating something from an idea and watching it slowly come to life is a pretty special feeling.

Today, we’re excited — and honestly pretty proud — to share a little milestone for Rice Family Community Events: the very first Bernie the Bear teddy bear trial toy has been made!

Seeing Bernie go from an idea, to a character, and now to an actual teddy bear we can hold is such a fun moment for us. This is only a trial version, but we hope that one day we’ll be able to bring this little buddy to all of you!

Every event you attend, every post you share, and every bit of support you give Rice Family Community Events helps us continue creating new experiences, characters, and memories for families in our community.
