We're sliding in from July 29-August 9 to serve up some Sweet Carrot classics AND some special fair goodies at the new (air-conditioned) Ohio Showcase Building!

Take a sneak peek at our tasty Ohio State Fair menu:

🧡 Three Mini Slides - three split top sweet rolls with your choice of savory main (Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork, or BBQ Glazed Smokehouse Tofu), served with a scoop of our Housemade Cole Slaw and Off-The-Hook Corn Salsa

🧡 Cbus Nachos - topped with our Off-The-Hook Corn Salsa, candied jalapeños, green onions, Housemade Cheese Sauce and your choice of savory main (Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork, or BBQ Glazed Smokehouse Tofu)

🧡 Build Your Tasty Meal: Start with your base of either our housemade Griddled Corn Cake or our Famous Mac ’N' Cheese and top with a savory main (Ohio Chicken Meatballs, Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork, or BBQ Glazed Smokehouse Tofu). Your meal is topped with Housemade Cole Slaw and Off-The-Hook Corn Salsa.
