Chef Britta at Kappa Kappa Gamma and Chef Renisha at Zeta Tau Alpha had an idea: What if we brought our chapters together for an outdoor barbecue?

So they did. Combined menus. Coordinated logistics. Created an event that promoted sisterhood across the Michigan State community.

Our chefs don't operate in silos. They work together, support each other, and create opportunities for the chapters they serve to connect.

Greek life is about community, and our density on campus allows us to think bigger than single contracts. Showing up means actively building the kind of Greek experience everyone deserves.

One of our chefs had a personal emergency and couldn't make it to the Phi Gamma Delta house.

Within hours, Chef Ruby was in the kitchen preparing Honey Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowls for lunch service. Members never missed a meal. Quality never dropped.

This is what "We Show Up" means through operational density.
