Bold, tangy flavors meet a little bit of heat in this delicious burrito inspired by African cuisine. Tender chicken, marinated in African spices, is grilled and loaded into a tortilla with basmati rice, fresh African salada, drizzled with Peri Peri sauce, and finished with a quick toasting on the grill.

(Peri Peri sauce has roots in Southern Africa and is a flavor-packed condiment, balancing the bold kick of chili with the tang of citrus, the depth of garlic, and herbs and spices like paprika and oregano.)

Here's how Featured Fridays work:

We'll have a new featured meal available on select Fridays that you won't find on our usual global fusion menu. Sometimes it'll be a former favorite, something from our catering menu, or something completely new. On Featured Fridays, the boxed lunch option will be the only meal available.

1. Preorder your boxed lunch any time before the Friday pick up day at this link: (or risk it and just show up- we'll make some extra boxes and serve them till they're gone!)
2. Take note of the pick up day indicated on the order. Hint: it'll always be a Friday!
3. Wait till Featured Friday pick up day.
4. Come to the truck at 10 N. Garth on Featured Friday any time between 11am and 1pm to get your box(es).
5. Take it to go or hang on the patio to eat.
