✨ A little time away, a lot of beautiful memories! 🤍⛰️

If you’ve noticed I haven’t posted much this past week, it’s because I took a little time to unplug, spend quality time with family and friends, and enjoy a little getaway! 🥂💍

This weekend, I got to take off my coordinator hat 📋and put on my party hat 🥳 as I enjoyed being a guest at a beautiful mountaintop wedding! The breathtaking views, good people, great music, and delicious food made for such a wonderful weekend. ❤️

As much as I love what I do, it was so refreshing to step away from the behind-the-scenes hustle, relax, be present, and simply enjoy the moment for a change. Sometimes, even the coordinators need a little time to celebrate, too! 😉✨

To all of my amazing clients, thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I took this time to recharge. I truly appreciate each and every one of you! 💕

I’ll be catching up on emails and responding to everyone today and tomorrow. Thank you for allowing me a little time to pour back into myself so I can continue pouring into you and your special moments! 🫶🏽

Coordination Corner: Top Items in My Emergency Supply Bag! 👜💍

First up — my scissors! ✂️ I don’t go anywhere without them. I use my scissors at pretty much every single wedding!

Next up — extra-strength double-sided tape! I use Alien Tape, and it has worked SO well! I’ve used it to keep signs from falling off easels, memorial signs attached to ceremony chairs, and basically anything that needs to stay in place when it wants to blow away or slide off a table. 😂

Safety pins! 🧷 You never know when you’re going to have a wardrobe malfunction, and a safety pin can do just the trick! Sometimes those bustles just don’t want to stay in place, and that’s where a really good safety pin comes in handy.

Lighters! 🔥 Of course, these are a must for lighting all those beautiful candles and sparklers!

And last but definitely not least — tissues! 🥹 These are always within reach for those happy tears, emotional tears, and all the other waves of emotions that come throughout the day. Weddings are full of them, and I’m always ready!

If you’re wondering what you should pack in your own emergency bag for wedding day, these would definitely be at the top of my list! You never know what you might need, so it’s always better to be prepared.

Triple wedding week! 🤍 What a milestone for The Classic Coord!

After celebrating Mr. & Mrs. Reinhardt on Thursday, yesterday The Classic Coord had the honor of celebrating Mr. & Mrs. Hedler and Mr. & Mrs. Woods!🥂✨

Both weddings were absolutely beautiful, and even though the rain shifted the plans just a little, it definitely didn’t stop the fun! ☔️🤍

Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Reinhardt! 🤍

This marks the first Thursday wedding for The Classic Coord and what a special day it was! Everything went so smoothly, and it was extra meaningful because Katie and I grew up as neighbors. It was so nice to see some familiar faces and celebrate such a beautiful couple!
