Behind the Clipboard: Final Timeline Meeting ✨

This goes along with my post from Monday about what happens during a final timeline meeting! Before meeting with my couples, there is always a little preparation happening behind the scenes to make sure we can sit down and go over all the important details for their wedding day.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at me getting set up for a final timeline meeting at one of my favorite spots to meet with clients, Social Coffeehouse ! ☕️💍

These meetings are where everything starts coming together, from finalizing the timeline and reviewing vendor details to making sure everyone is on the same page and prepared for the big day!

✨ FINAL TIMELINE MEETINGS EXPLAINED ✨

Your final timeline meeting is when everything starts to feel REAL. 💍

This is where you get to see your wedding timeline all put together — with all of the details you’ve been planning and envision exactly how your wedding day is going to flow. From the big moments to all the little details, it’s all finally coming together. 🤍

During this meeting, we’ll also talk through:
📋 Next steps and what the next few weeks will look like
📞 Vendor management and communication
💬 Vendor feedback
📝 Timeline updates and adjustments
✨ Any remaining details that need to be finalized

And I don’t just create your timeline and send you on your way.

From your final timeline meeting → vendor management → timeline updates → week-of preparations → rehearsal → WEDDING DAY, I’m there making sure everything continues moving forward.

Your final timeline is sent out during the week of your wedding, and then it’s time for rehearsal… and before you know it, it’s WEDDING DAY!🥂💍

For me, that final timeline meeting is what kicks off the "it’s almost here!" feeling. 🥹

And my goal is for you to walk away from that meeting feeling confident, prepared, and reassured that everything is being taken care of — so you can trust your coordinator and know that nothing will stop your day from being exactly how it’s meant to be. 🤍

✨Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Palmer! ✨

What a beautiful wedding surrounded by so much love, happiness, and laughter! 💕 This celebration was my first wedding of 18 weddings this season, and what a way to kick things off!

I got to witness the musical chairs scavenger hunt—and let me tell you, what a blast that was! 😂🎶 It was such a fun and memorable celebration from beginning to end.

It was also a pleasure being back at Robin Hill Farm and Vineyards surrounded by their amazing staff. Susan and Matt were an absolute dream team to work with, and they helped make the day even more special! 🤍

And of course, I have to highlight the incredible vendor team who helped bring this beautiful celebration together:
