Position: Piggy Joy Coordinator (Sales Representative)
Pay: Starting at $25/hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person check-ins, if applicable)
We’re not looking for someone to “try” sales — we’re looking for someone who can own it.
This role is for someone who can confidently start conversations, handle rejection, build relationships quickly, and close opportunities — all while representing a mission that serves high-risk and deeply important populations.
Our current sales lead will be heading on maternity leave June 14th. That means we need someone who can learn quickly, step up fast, and operate independently, while also supporting a team member who needs guidance and structure.

About Us
At Tree Family Party Piggies, we spread joy through therapy pig experiences that serve senior living communities, special needs programs, addiction recovery centers, children, and events. This isn’t just sales — it’s connecting people to something meaningful. This role is the front line of that mission.
Key Responsibilities
-Client Research: Identify and target ideal clients
-Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate conversations and confidently introduce our services
-Lead Follow-Up: Manage a high volume of conversations and build relationships quickly
-Closing & Sales Process: Move leads through the pipeline and secure bookings
-Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with past and recurring clients
-CRM Management: Track activity, leads, and communication in Pipedrive
-Invoicing & Payments: Coordinate with tools like Square to ensure smooth transactions
Required Qualifications
-Proven sales experience (non-negotiable)
-Experience with cold calling and outreach
-Ability to handle a high volume of conversations daily
-Charismatic, confident communicator who can connect with a wide range of clients
-A genuine love for serving high-risk and vulnerable populations
-Strong time management and ability to work independently
-Ability to step into a role quickly and take ownership
-Bonus: familiarity with PipeDrive, Square, and Google Workplace tools
