Our digital Photo Booth made an appearance this weekend at the Newport Antique Auto Hill Climb Pageant and it was a hit. As you can see everyone enjoyed it and had fun taking their photos with props! 😎

We had a great time setting up our digital Photo Booth at the Newport Antique Auto Hill Climb Pageant this weekend! 👸🏼

It was awesome seeing everyone bring their biggest smiles (and the occasional oversized sunglasses and feather boas!) to the booth throughout the evening.

Thank you to the pageant committee for inviting us to be part of such a fun community event, and thanks to everyone who stopped by. We can’t wait to do it again next year! 👑

The door actually opens.

It’s a real working door on a full-size vintage telephone booth with scalloped top, white panel sides, the whole thing. Guests find it, open it, step inside, and figure out the rest on their own. Nobody has to tell them what to do with it.

We’ve watched a line form at every single event without anyone asking guests to get in it.

Something new is available from Scene Setters!

We’re officially adding a Digital Photo Booth to our lineup. It’s a traditional photo booth experience with an on-site setup, digital sharing, and everything guests need to have a great time without thinking about it.

Weddings, milestone birthdays, graduation parties, retirement celebrations, corporate events, reunions… it fits wherever people are gathered and want something to do together.

To celebrate the launch, the first 10 confirmed bookings will receive an exclusive Launch Special. Once those spots are gone, they’re gone.

We don’t stay on-site during your event. Here’s what we do instead.

We arrive before your guests, position the booth, make sure everything is set, and leave. At the end of the night we come back and take it all down. You don’t coordinate any of that on the day — there’s nothing to hand off, nothing to manage, nothing to return.

The booth runs on its own. Guests open the door, step inside, and use the built-in shelf however they’d like — most couples rest their audio guestbook phone on it.

At a recent event, nobody introduced the Cover Story to the guests.

We set it up, left, and by the time the reception was in full swing a group had already figured out the door, stepped inside, and had someone outside photographing them through the vinyl panel with their phone. Then another group watched and did the same thing. Then another.

We heard about the rotation after the fact.

No attendant. No iPad. No one coordinating it. Just guests with their own phones and a custom-printed vinyl cover with the couple’s names on it.

That’s what guests walk up to. They step inside, someone on the outside photographs them through the vinyl panel with their own phone, and the photo goes straight to their camera roll. No app. No attendant. No iPad.

Every cover is custom designed and printed for the specific event — not a template, not a placeholder.
