✨ Let’s Talk About Tipping Your Wedding Vendors ✨
While tips for your wedding vendors are always appreciated, they should never be expected. Tipping doesn’t always fit into the budget—and that’s okay! You can still show your appreciation in meaningful ways that go a long way. 💛
If you’re not able to tip, here are a few thoughtful ways to show your gratitude:
💌 Write a sincere thank-you note expressing how much you enjoyed working with them. Be sure to mention specific things they did that stood out or made your day special.
⭐ Leave a review on one or more of their public platforms. Your feedback helps vendors reach more couples like you who are looking for their services.
📣 Recommend your vendors on social media or to friends. Wedding groups can be overwhelming with the number of responses to “ISO” posts. A dedicated post highlighting your vendors and a short note about why you recommend them can go a long way.
🌸 Have your bridesmaids create a small floral arrangement for your vendors at the end of the night from your budvase florals. It may seem like a small gesture, but it’s a sweet way to bring a smile to their face long after your celebration.
💵 If you do plan to tip:
Prepare your tips in advance and place them in labeled envelopes for each vendor. Entrust them to a responsible family member, a member of your wedding party, or your coordinator to hand out at the right time.
Remember—gratitude always counts, whether it’s expressed through words, reviews, referrals, or thoughtful gestures. 💕
