When I make dinner for my family I try to come up with new ideas because they get bored fast. Then if they like it and I enjoy it I make it a few more times before I add it to my Family Meals Menu

This right here is Dijon Parmesan Crusted Pork Loin made with some of Delgado's Fuego L.L.C. Coropuna's hot sauce

I served it with some garlic butter noodles and asparagus. Everyone in the house loved it and my husband made it a sandwich

Macaroni and Cheese is always a win if its done right. I keep it simple...2 sharp cheeses and a cheese sauce and baked until crispy

I love greens all type of greens. When I created my Family Meals Menu I put items that I enjoy and my family enjoys.

Greens is a premium side because I make them fresh, fresh means picking the greens, washing them multiple times, the first few times with baking soda...this helps gets pesticides off, trapped dirt things that water just can't do.

I also season in layers and cook them long and slow

Coconut Lentil Curry w/ Chickpeas...this is a vegan dish but perfect for anyone because it is nice and hearty with the lentils and chickpeas for protein.

This is available for Family Meals and some of my clients ditch the chickpeas and lentils and order chicken. Which is great for postpartum.
