Wow what an event we had last week! We had the opportunity to work with to cater a lovely afternoon corporate event at the gorgeous Carolina Theatre! With a central appetizer display of fresh fruit cups, crudité cocktails, homemade protein balls and bars, and a variety snack medley and a grand candy and dessert station, guests were well fueled for their meetings! 👏🏻

Today, we’re melting hearts and cheese! ! 🧀🔥 From classic cheddar to gourmet creations, there’s nothing quite like the ooey-gooey goodness of a perfectly grilled sandwich. What a better way than to pair these delicious signature grilled cheese bites with our Fire Roasted Tomato Soup Shots for the perfect passed appetizer!

Such a spectacular event hosted by the earlier this month! We had the pleasure of catering this gorgeous event for industry professionals at one of our favorite venues and we couldn’t be in any more awe!
We started off the night with several passed appetizers including our signature Chive Parmesan Canapés, Petite Brisket Tacos, and Tomato Pies. At each place setting, guests were greeted with a beautiful Amuse Bouche of Crab Causa, a Classic Peruvian Layered Causa a twist - with Citrus Crab Salad, Avocado, Layered with lime and ají amarillo infused mashed potatoes. Then we finished off the night with a Brûlée Bamqnq Cake for dessert. Our LTD’s chefs did such an amazing job with this one, we couldn’t be any more proud! 💙
