After a little Memorial Day break, some family time, and celebrating our son’s birthday, we’re officially back at it today… and honestly?

The grills are hot again, Downtown Monroe is looking beautiful, and we’re ready to bring back the flavor you know and love.

There’s just something about a Thursday in Downtown Monroe when you know Music On Main is rolling into town tomorrow night.

The sidewalks start feeling a little busier…
People start making weekend plans…
And Monroe starts acting like Monroe again.

We absolutely love seeing this town come alive on Friday nights, and we can’t wait to see everybody out enjoying the music, the community, and a little Patty & The Dogs to kick the weekend off right 🌭🍔

On this day off, Rachel and I are celebrating 10 years together ❤️

Our very first date was at Tyber Creek… and what an incredible journey it’s been since then.

Today we’re spending our date night in our favorite town — Downtown Monroe — the place we’ve built so many memories, friendships, and dreams together.

We truly are so blessed to have each other… and to be surrounded by such amazing family and friends along the way.

Life moves fast, and moments like this remind us just how grateful we are for every bit of it. ❤️

Alright Monroe… we’ve got answers.
And it’s a little good news / bad news situation.

🔧 The GOOD NEWS:
We’ve identified the issue — it’s parts-related, and we’ve got new parts on the way.

Even better, we’re using this opportunity to replace some older components so we can come back with a griddle that’s better than ever and ready to serve you the best burgers and dogs for a long, long time.

📦 Parts are arriving tomorrow morning, and we’re aiming to have everything reinstalled Wednesday (fingers crossed 🤞).

🌭 The “BAD” NEWS (depending who you ask 😏):
It’s still a Dog Day in Paradise.

But honestly… with this weather and these flavors, that doesn’t sound too bad.

So… we think we found the grill culprits. 👀

Turns out these dogs have been up to no good… and they officially kicked Patty off the grill. 😂

But don’t worry — while they’ve taken over, they didn’t come empty handed…

We know a LOT of you have been waiting for this one 👀

🌽 And the Frito Dog is sticking around until Patty makes his return (hopefully later this week 🤞)

We’ll be closing early so our technician can keep working on the griddle and get us one step closer to getting Patty back where he belongs.
