A little sneak peek at what a few of our setup days looked like this month.

One job meant anchoring a tent on solid concrete with weights instead of stakes. Another was a 100-foot structure built in stages — frame first, then walls, then windows. A third was a same-day turnaround where the tent wasn't even off the truck an hour before it was fully built and staged with tables.

None of these sites were "easy ground," and that's kind of the point. Every setup comes with its own list of things that could slow us down. Our job is making sure none of them do.

That's the difference between hiring a tent company and hiring an infrastructure partner — one that shows up ready for whatever the site throws at them.

This 20x40 went up and came back down for a large-scale outdoor fireworks event — same crew, same precision, both directions. Anchored on concrete weights since it’s straight asphalt, then broken down and cleared without leaving a trace. Installation, ex*****on, removal — the full cycle.

Three tents. One site. Zero room for error.

This week our crew built a full corporate event infrastructure at a manufacturing facility in Charlotte a check-in tent, a 40’x75’ gable end ceremony tent, and a 40’x100’ tent for guest overflow. Staging, AV, generators, and full climate control ducting, all coordinated to run as one system.
