Tracie Roberts is the CEO of Montville Plastics & Rubber, a certified women-owned custom plastics extrusion & injection molding facility. With 14+ years of leadership experience within the company, Tracie is at the forefront of a commitment to growth, excellence, and innovation at Montville Plastics. Most importantly, she is an advocate for her employees' mental and physical health. Tracie is intensely dedicated to her community, both in and out of work, with having raised her family in Geauga County for over 30 years and devoting much of her time to empowering and supporting the Ohio workforce.
