Have you ever been afraid to ask for something? Why?

Steve Harvey has mentioned how his mother told him, "you have not because you ask not" which is loosely based on James 4:2.

This got me thinking about why we may not be asking for somethings.

I will briefly discuss some of the roadblocks to asking as mentioned in Mark & Crystal Hansen's book, 'Ask! The Bridge from Dreams to your Destiny'.
