Meraki Hospitality Group is the result (fruition) of a personal passion for chef/owner Chris Pappas whose love for food and high standard of hospitality was instilled from a young age. From fresh landscaping and lakefront seating to our new Shoreline Gardents + Atrium, the Lighthouse patio has entered a whole new season — and yes, even Chef Chris has been out watering plants to make sure every detail is ready for summer weekends on the lake.

With a perfect stretch of weather ahead, there’s no better time to grab a table, sip something cold, and settle into the new Lighthouse patio experience. Our patio is first come, first served.

Thank you to all who joined us for last week's Woodford Reserve Derby Dinner—everyone brought the spirit of Derby Day to life in true Lighthouse fashion. From the incredible hats and standout style to our signature culinary experience and lakeside energy upstairs in our Lake View Terrace—it was a night full of celebration, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Join us for our Patio Kick-Off Party at Lighthouse on Wednesday, May 27, 5pm-8pm. This is a vibrant social-style event designed for mixing, mingling, and celebrating the start of summer.

This is not a traditional sit-down dinner. Throughout the evening, guests will move freely through a lineup of tapas-style bites, featured cocktails, Spanish wines, beer, and spirits from Hendrick’s Gin, Good Boy Vodka, and Crown Brewing.

As the evening comes to a close, fireworks over the lake will officially kick off patio season at Lighthouse.
