Even with a basic sound and lighting package, the energy in the room was nonstop from start to finish as everyone sang along and danced along to throwbacks, girl anthems, and crowd favorites all afternoon long.

What an incredible wedding Out of Focus Ent. had the pleasure of hosting in Oak Forest, IL at Chicago Gaelic Park, as this bride and groom went ALL OUT for their wedding celebration with our top of the line Diamond package.

Our 2026 events season begins!

Out of Focus Entertainment’s 2026 events season began last weekend with a bang with an absolutely beautiful wedding at the Cloister In The Woods wedding venue in Schererville, Indiana.

Our clients made it clear from the beginning that they wanted to go all out on a few certain things for their big night, and the entertainment was one of them. They chose us for that entertainment and we delivered to them our top of the line Diamond Reception Package that brings big sound and our concert/club inspired effects lighting setup that will create an atmosphere in any size room to keep the dance floor packed from start to finish; and it did just that!

Our clients also had their ceremony at the same location earlier in the evening and chose to add our flat rate ceremony package they includes music for their ceremony and microphones for their vows.

It was an unforgettable night!

Another Out of Focus Entertainment 2025 Holiday Season event!

This past weekend we had the privilege of providing entertainment for a Toys for Tots fundraising event. Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is a national organization dedicated to supporting their mission of bringing joy and holiday relief to disadvantaged children.

This local event was put together by the Fearless Vipers Bike Club which is a youth based, anti-bullying organization in the Chicagoland area that also conducts toy drives and community outreach.

This event brought us to the brand new Rooftop Johnny's in Palos Heights, IL . While their rooftop itself is closed for the season, the indoor space more than delivered. The awesome staff went all in on their holiday decor, creating a warm and festive environment that set the perfect tone for this event.

With an audience ranging from small kids to adults, this event definitely kept us on our toes. We dug deep into our kid-friendly catalog, mixed in holiday favorites, and sprinkled in some adult requests to keep everyone engaged. It made for a very fun night, and honestly, it was a blast for us too getting to play a wide variety of music we don’t typically get to play at a typical event.

As you can see from the mountain of donated gifts, which actually only shows a portion of them, the community absolutely showed up. Huge success! Out of Focus Entertainment is proud to be a part of this event during this season of giving!

👻 Another Halloween Event in the Books! 👻

This past weekend, Out of Focus Entertainment had the pleasure of providing the Town of Cedar Lake Parks and Recreation annual Trunk or Treat event at the Cedar Lake Town Grounds

This family-friendly community event brings together local businesses who hand out candy to hundreds of excited kids decked out in their best Halloween costumes. There was even a kids’ costume contest, and the creativity this year did not disappoint, the winners looked awesome!

This event was held outdoors across a large area, which can be a challenge when it comes to providing clear audio coverage. But that’s where Out of Focus shines! Our multi-speaker line array system with multiple subwoofers delivered full, even sound across the grounds. This system pushes up to 15,000 watts of peak power!

As a licensed, insured vendor, Out of Focus Entertainment meets all municipal and government event requirements, making us a trusted partner for public events hosted by these municipalities and government agencies across the area.

Halloween Holiday Themed Parties!

Out of Focus Entertainment had the pleasure of bringing the party to Bugaboo's bar and grill in Cedar Lake, Indiana this past weekend for their annual Halloween Party!

We’ve had the pleasure of being rebooked for this event multiple years in a row now, and every year it’s an absolute blast.

For this event, Out of Focus Ent. provided a full mobile DJ, sound, and lighting setup, packing as much professional-grade energy as we could into a compact space and creating an atmosphere that kept the crowd going all night long.

Of course, we got into the Halloween spirit ourselves too; showing up in a costume as none other than DJ Marshmello!
