From our beginning in 2022, we've recognized that people are experiencing "tip fatigue." That's why we provide flat pricing that includes all gratuities and fees such as DTW's limo parking fee. When you travel with WCD, it's all included and no additional tip is ever necessary or expected.

Customers are seeing 'tip creep' as requests for tips pop up in more places, a Morning Consult survey found.

We're honored to support Make-A-Wish Michigan with transportation for their wish families. Last week we presented them a donation check for $2,120, which represented $10 per trip we performed in April. Kudos to this high-quality nonprofit doing amazing work for their families. On top of it, they are a joy to work with!

Took a couple of Ubers today...On one ride I got treated to music by Five Finger Death Punch at a pretty high volume. On the other, the driver decided to use both hands to clean his glasses while his knees took care of "holding" the steering wheel at 40 mph. And there are still some who wonder why people pay a little extra for black car service...
