A question we get every week: how many vehicles do I need?

Work backward from three numbers.

Guests needing a ride. Minutes per round trip. The window you actually have.

A 36 passenger coach on a twenty minute loop moves about one hundred guests an hour. A 23 passenger coach moves about seventy. If your ceremony is at four and the last shuttle leaves at three thirty, you have one hour.

That is the math. Not the vehicle photos.
