From the gorgeous rustic setting and full bar to the incredible violinists 🎻 and an amazing DJ keeping everyone on the dance floor — this was one celebration that knew how to party!

🏈💙 BE GREAT TAILGATE 2026! 💙🏈

Year 4 for us at the Boys and Girls Club (Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids’ Be Great Tailgate) —and somehow, they just keep making this event bigger, better, and more fun every single year!

This year was the 7th Annual Be Great Tailgate, and we absolutely loved being back to celebrate alongside an organization that is doing such incredible work for kids right here in our community.

And this year?! The kids REALLY brought it. 🙌

✨ The student dance team absolutely brought the energy
🥁 The drum line was AMAZING
🏈 Football spirit everywhere
🍽️ Great food, drinks, games & fun
💙 And, most importantly, a night dedicated to raising support for the kids who walk through the doors of Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids every day.

What we love most about this event is that it doesn't feel like just another fundraiser. You can SEE what you're supporting. You can feel the energy of the kids, the staff, the volunteers, and the community coming together, and every year, we get to watch this event continue to grow.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids provides young people with opportunities to learn, grow, build relationships, discover their strengths, and reach their potential. And getting to play even a small part in creating a night that celebrates all of that is something we are incredibly proud of. 💙

Thank you, Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids, for letting Hyde Events & Rentals be part of the Be Great Tailgate for the 4th year in a row! We truly love this event and can't wait to see what you come up with next. 😉

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Webb 💍 last night was truly stunning and magical ✨️

This couple also booked our white floral arch (peep at the ceremony site....incredibly beautiful).

VENUE:
We had the pleasure of celebrating at Riverbend Estate Wedding Venue, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue.

The venue was immaculate from start to finish, and having staff on-site throughout the event to help coordinate, support vendors, and keep everything running smoothly made such a difference.

One of our favorite features? Their weekend rental option! It allows couples more time to truly soak in every moment of their wedding celebration without feeling rushed.
