Today was a busy one for the Four Chefs Catering team, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 👨‍🍳🙌

🚨 BIG PROGRESS AT THE NEW FOUR CHEFS CATERING SPACE! 👨‍🍳🔥

It’s all starting to come together, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🙌

✅ Our commercial hood is officially hanging in place!
✅ Our signs are up and Four Chefs is starting to make its mark on the new space! 🎉

Every step brings us closer to opening the doors and bringing something special to the community. What started as a vision is becoming a reality, and we can’t wait to share what’s next!

🚧 NEW SPACE UPDATE! WE’RE GETTING CLOSER! 👀🔥

Things are starting to come together at the new home of Four Chefs Catering, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the progress with you! 🙌

Here’s what’s been happening behind the scenes:

🔨 Trim work is DONE!
✅ Vinyl base is complete in the back-of-house area!
🔥 Our commercial hood has officially been DELIVERED!
🚿 Vanity dropped off and ready for the next step!
⚡ DTE Energy’s field inspection is COMPLETE as we work toward getting the additional gas service our space needs!

Every week, we’re one step closer to bringing this vision to life! What started as a plan is turning into something REAL, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next. ❤️

Four Chefs Catering was honored to be part of the Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation Hometown Hero Dinner! ❤️

There’s something special about bringing people together over great food, especially when it’s all about celebrating the incredible people who make our community what it is.

Four Chefs Catering was honored to be back for the VIP event at the Grand Rapids Marathon — for the second year in a row! 🎉

There’s something special about being invited back to serve an event like this, and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an amazing weekend in Grand Rapids.

✨ ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL VENUE ADDED TO THE FOUR CHEFS LIST! ✨

We’re always excited when we get the opportunity to cater somewhere new — and this time, Four Chefs Catering had the pleasure of serving our first wedding at Prairie Bells Barn in Belding! 🤍

A beautiful venue, a great group of people, and a menu made for a fall celebration:

🥗 Caesar Salad
🥖 Fresh Rolls with Compound Butter
🥔 Garlic Mashed Potatoes
🥕 Mixed Vegetables
🥩 Slow-Roasted Rosemary Beef Brisket
🍷 Finished with a rich Red W**e Demi-Glace

That brisket was slow-roasted until tender and paired with a rich red w**e demi-glace — definitely one of the highlights of the evening!

We love adding new venues to our list and meeting new couples along the way. ❤️
