Attention…all current clients, potential clients, past clients or anyone who’s just interested in seeing the beautiful Scheltema Barn…it’s time to mark your calendars!
Our Annual Scheltema Barn Open House will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 10-3 pm.
For our current clients…this is great time to bring anyone you want to see the barn and to walk around on your own and make your plans for your special day!
For our potential clients…this is a great opportunity to see the barn, ask questions and check on open dates.
For past clients…this is a great time to reminisce and to see the barn again and all the new improvements that have occurred in the last few years.
Please park in the lower level parking lot only and Cindy Scheltema will greet you on the lovely porch down there.
Just inside that door you will see the Entry Room, the Hors D’oeuvre Area and also the Indoor Wedding Area.
Up the stairs, on the main floor, June will be there to answer any questions you may have.
You will also see the Kitchen, 2 Handicap
Restrooms, Bar Area, DJ Area, Dance Floor and the Dining Area.
Then if you go up to our Lofts, you will see two
lovely floors for the Bride and her Bridesmaids to get ready in.
Just outside the Kitchen doors, you can check out the Fireplace Area…which is the only Smoking Area…notice the fully functional Outhouse Restroom there too!
Then just down a few steps you can see the cool former Milk House…which is now where the Groom and Groomsmen get ready in.
While you’re outside…checkout the beautiful Outdoor Wedding Area by the Fountain!
Also…notice the patios and grassy area between the two smaller barns…which is perfect for lawn games.
Anyone who books a Wedding in 2026…during the Open House will get 100.00 off.
Also…check with June for special prices on our open July & August dates in 2025.
