What a Night at R³ Sound Stage!
Friday night was everything a venue owner hopes for.
By 7:00, they just kept coming. Handshakes, hugs, smiles, laughter, old friends reconnecting, and new friends being made. The room was filled with anticipation for The Sudans, and from the moment people walked through the door, you could feel something special was happening.
The food was hot, the beer was cold, the popcorn was popping, and there were even a couple of kids running around enjoying themselves. It was one of those evenings that reminds you what live music is all about—good people coming together to share a great experience.
A special thank you goes out to Dan Hills, Suzie Hills, and Dan Burgess for delivering a fantastic performance. Their spot-on harmonies, flawless musicianship, and surprise guest appearances on stage made for an unforgettable evening. Their generosity, combined with the enthusiasm and kindness of the crowd, created something truly special.
We welcomed 50+ paid guests,a dozen walk-ins and every one of them helped make the night memorable.
Thank you to everyone who attended, supported the artists, shared a meal, sang along, laughed, and helped create the kind of atmosphere every performer dreams of playing for.
And yes… even Dan’s jokes were good.
