ABOUT KAILEY // Hoopologist & Founder
Kailey is the one-woman operation behind Hipnotic Hoopla. She discovered the art of hoop dance in 2011. Shortly after she realized, it's more than just a workout. Hooping has become a healthy creative outlet and form of self-expression. It has helped to build confidence and overcome anxiety. Kailey is a certified hoop dance instructor for children and adults. She is certified in adult, child, and baby first aid, CPR, and AED. Kailey attended Southern Connecticut State University where she studied Therapeutic Recreation and is currently working towards an ACE health coach certification. Some of her favorite things (besides hooping) are paddleboarding, coffee, reading, creating, live music, and woodworking. Join her on this journey to a healthy mind, body, and community.
