Over on the CEP International side, our VP of CEP International, Allison Trost spent the last week in Japan with the OSPI network! 🏯
The first half of the trip took place in Tokyo, where Allison participated in OSPI Network board meetings and visited our friends at Octanorm Japan. Then, it was onto Osaka for the 2025 World Expo where the OSPI group had the opportunity to take VIP tours through various country pavilions.
The cherry 🍒 on top? It was announced that CEP International has received the inaugural, prestigious OSPI of the Year Award! A huge THANK YOU to our partners both near & far! What an incredible experience! 🎉🎉🎉

Day 3 of our 40th Anniversary Celebration! 🎉 Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Pete Petros. Pete’s reliability, team spirit, and steady presence have made a lasting impact on our company and culture.

"When someone has been with a company for as long as I have, it is difficult to put into words what events or occasions were the most noteworthy. Working at CEP has always been a unique blend of joy, camaraderie, elation and incredible frustration. Those of us that have shared a good many trips around the sun, seeing each other’s faces in our office setting have witnessed various groups of smart dedicated, talented people working in unison towards achieving something magical occur on a regular basis. It all begins with a simple conversation concerning how someone representing a company envisions the image they would like presented to others. The birth of an idea that is transformed into a visual concept and ultimately becomes a complete exhibit display, sometimes within weeks, is something that to this day amazes me. With all the moving parts that must work like many gears on a complex machine, it is incredible that anything finds its way to a final stage of completion, not to mention, often many at one time and always with the degree of quality that has been ingrained in all of us.
If that was the crux of what is special at our great company, that in itself would be much. It is not. Over the years, I have witnessed changing groups of people working like madmen, and when time permitted, rather than seek refuge from one another, go in the warehouse and play field hockey or outside for a rousing game of touch football, or even form teams to compete in bags. The surprising element in all of this is that it has never been a static group of employees, the guard has always been changing over the years and yet, group after group seek to find ways for continuing their interaction with one another rather than running away from the fold. To me this speaks volumes of a nurtured culture that by design has been embedded in the fabric of how this company has been structured. This is not commonplace, this is the magic !!!"- Pete Petros

A few words from Nellie.... "Wow, where has the time gone. What a wild ride it’s been, forty fast & fun years. We’ve done so many shows and events worldwide in such a professional manner and all this was started in a small room in a basement in Beverly. We have so much to be thankful for and we wouldn’t have made it 40 years without great people. We are all truly blessed!" ☺️
