Why should you book a Pop-up Event? If you are looking for a hassle-free and stress-free event... We will do the planning, delivery, set-up, decor, tear down etc. All you have to do is show-up and Enjoy the moment! We will be there on your arrival in case you need anything and we will give you privacy afterwards. We can set-up indoor or outdoor picnics e.g. backyard, hotels, public parks, forest reserves, beaches etc....
Delivery Fee or Additional Fees:
We deliver for free within 25 miles from Bolingbrook. Entrance Fee, Permit Fees, Parking Fee and Delivery fee may apply depending on the chosen location. Item Rentals? We have wedding arch, backdrops, Champagne Cart, Candy Cart, wicker peacock chair, tee-pee's, neon sign for rent. Do you offer food or can I bring my own food? We offer refreshments and packaged snacks. Feel free to bring your own food or we can tap a local business to fulfill food service e.g.5 course meal, apps and desserts for an additional price. Park Rules? We make sure to follow all park and city rules. We will handle permits if applicable. No glass, alcohol etc.. Reschedule / Cancellation Policy:
We can reschedule to avoid forfeiture of the payment. Any weather-related picnic cancellation can be rescheduled as long as dates are available to book. No refunds on same day Cancellation. How far in advance can you book? The earlier the better. Sanitation Practices:
We adhere to CDC Cleaning and Sanitation Standards. We wear masks and sanitize picnic items. Smoking Policy:
We prohibit Smoking during the booking and we can only set-up on non-smoking facilities / areas. Smoking Fee will apply. Non- cancellation and non refundable fee will apply if the location wasn't disclosed as a smoking facility or area. Damages / Lost Equipment / Cleaning Fee:
Fee/s will apply depending on the cost of the lost, soiled or damage equipment or props.
