​We're kicking off the celebration for the 25th Anniversary of Gilmore Girls with the one thing Stars Hollow runs on: Coffee! But in cookie form.

​I've baked up a batch of my signature Gilmore Girls Coffee Cookies, each one inspired by the show's most beloved characters. They are the perfect, comforting, and caffeinated way to rewatch all seven seasons (plus the revival, of course!).

​Kicking off the celebration for the 25th Anniversary of Gilmore Girls with the one thing Stars Hollow runs on: Coffee! But in cookie form.

​I've baked up a batch of my signature Gilmore Girls Coffee Cookies, each one inspired by the show's most beloved characters. They are the perfect, comforting, and caffeinated way to rewatch all seven seasons (plus the revival, of course!).

​Meet the Stars Hollow Cookie Lineup:
​The Lorelai:
