Hayley & Bryan! A delightful couple, a fun blend of Christian and Jewish traditions, and a ceremony filled with love! 💍❤️ I was honored to be their officiant at Sandhill Crane Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens—and it was wonderful working with and photographer Nehemiah.

Their story began with mutual friends Tory and Lexi, whose connections included skydiving adventures and a friendship stretching back to high school. One introduction on November 4, 2022, became a life together—and a family with Apollo, their beloved 150-pound Cane Corso! 🐾

Their ceremony celebrated love, commitment, and the traditions that make their story uniquely theirs. Wishing these two a lifetime of laughter, adventures, and giant puppy cuddles!

Wow—what a wonderful and inspirational ceremony. It was truly an honor to stand with Hansel and Melissa and share both their love story and some thoughts on Christ’s blessings for marriage. They first connected through a Christian dating platform and quickly discovered they attended the same church—Christ Fellowship—at different locations. They met for dinner the very next day, each dating with purpose and praying for a partner who shared their faith.

They describe their approach to life and love as “intentional,” and that word fits them beautifully. Hansel was drawn to Melissa’s courage, independence, and extraordinary kindness; Melissa shared that, after praying for God to show her whether Hansel was the man meant for her, she looked at him and felt an overwhelming sense of peace and love. Their marriage is not only a promise to one another, but a commitment to live as examples of Christ’s love through the way they love each other.

I could not have been more honored—and I also had the joy upon arrival to see my lifelong friend, DJ Donny Dj Donny Events on the decks. Donny & I share a long personal friendship that covers thousands of miles and nearly 40 years! 🏠💍 OFFICIANT ADVICE: BUY THE HOUSE, NOT THE $50K WEDDING!

Yep — I’m a wedding professional telling you that. 😂

A couple in my South Florida Weddings group recently asked whether they should spend nearly $50,000 on their wedding… or put that money toward buying a house.

After 40+ years around weddings, my answer might annoy a few of my fellow wedding vendors:

👉 Buy the house.

That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have a GREAT wedding. It means you can have an amazing, meaningful celebration without spending the equivalent of a down payment to do it.

In this first little video, I explain why I think the house may ultimately mean more to your marriage than the giant wedding — and why priorities matter more than impressing 150 people for six hours.

And yes… I know people who can help you put together a pretty terrific South Florida wedding for around $10K. 😉

What a GREAT day celebrating Sarah & Dominic and 35 years of marriage! ❤️🥂They met at just 15 years old! Dominic had to chase Sarah for three years before she finally gave him a date! 😂 From teenage sweethearts to marriage, two daughters, a family, a business together and 35 years later...they still choose each other. ❤️

I was truly honored to perform their vow renewal, surrounded by their daughters, Sarah's Maid of Honor and one of Dominic's groomsmen from their original 1991 New York wedding. Talk about coming full circle!

Add the outdoor setting, a violinist playing “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” lots of laughs and love...and somehow we even managed to BEAT THE RAIN! ☀️🎻☔

Congratulations, Sarah & Dominic — 35 years and counting! Here's to everything still ahead! 🥂❤️

Some love stories travel thousands of miles to find their perfect ending. ❤️ It was an absolute honor to officiate Robert & Leu's beautiful beachside wedding at Delray Sands in Highland Beach. On an exceptionally perfect July Florida day, family and friends traveled from near and far to celebrate their love, commitment, and the wonderful journey that brought them together. A special thank you to the outstanding Delray Sands team for making the day seamless once again. Great Seeing my pal DJ (DJ Road Warrior lol) JT Douglas once again!! Wishing Robert & Leu a lifetime of happiness and new adventures!

Some love stories begin with a day at the beach, mutual friends, and two high school students who had no idea they'd found forever. ❤️

Lauren & Christopher Lytal grew up together, building a relationship rooted in friendship, faith, laughter, and unwavering support. This weekend, surrounded by family and friends at the beautiful Pelican Club in Jupiter, they promised forever.

With the Jupiter Lighthouse and Intracoastal as the backdrop, the room was filled with joy, love, and excitement. The outstanding Pelican Club team made everything seamless, allowing everyone to simply enjoy the moment.

Lauren & Christopher, thank you for allowing me to be part of such a meaningful day. It was an honor to pronounce you husband and wife.

May your greatest adventures still be ahead of you.
