🍂 Wrapping Up an Incredible Picnic Season! 🍂

We just finished our last big picnic of the season right here in beautiful Huntsville, Alabama — one of our favorite stops of the year! It was a perfect fall day, and our amazing Royel Catering team delivered another great event for an awesome customer.

This picnic season has been one for the books — our crews hit the road from Wooster, Ohio to Savannah, Georgia; Tupelo, Mississippi to Ponca City, Oklahoma, Sugar Creek, Kansas; Mongomery, Alabama and even made a run down to Tyler, Texas! 🚛

That’s a lot of miles and over 46,000 meals served — but most importantly, lots of happy people! 😄

A huge thank you to all our customers for making this season unforgettable. ❤️

🌶🔥 It’s that time of year again — the Annual Belleville Chili Cook-Off! 🔥🌶

Royel Catering is back and bringing the heat! This year we’ll probably be serving The Wrecker — a foot-long hotdog smothered in our award-winning chili and cheese, loaded with diced onions, and topped with jalapeños. 💪🌭

But that’s not all…
Introducing our new festival favorite: Nacho Average Corn Dogs — mini corn dogs drenched in chili and topped with gooey nacho cheese. 🤤

And of course, we’re serving up our crowd-pleasing Famous Twisted Taters 🥔✨

Today isn’t just about BBQs, fireworks, and red-white-and-blue everything (though we love all of that). It’s a day when we celebrate the birth of our nation and the crazy idea that people should be free to govern themselves.

On July 4th, 1776, 56 brave souls signed the Declaration of Independence, basically telling the most powerful empire in the world: “We’re doing our own thing now.” That rebellious spirit is still alive in every sparkler, every parade, and every backyard cookout or catered event
