Plant Based Lovers: Introducing my newest dish called Elevation Protein “The Tower of Power” this delicious dish is layered with 3 freshly cut mixed greens, brown rice and quinoa. Along with grilled roasted butternut squash and Brussels sprouts. Layered on the sides is my mediterranean seasoned tofu. To top it off with a drizzle of my mild caramelized sauce with a tench of heat. Each layer has an aromatic aroma of flavor. Bon appétit.

Cooking is my passion so I am preparing these Collard Greens for Christ Church in Fairview Heights. Catering for them 3 delicious sides for their Soul Food Luncheon. Those sides consist of Collard Greens, Candied Yams and Mac&Cheese! Bon appétit.

Please join us tomorrow at the 2021 East St. Louis Family Fun Festival at Jones Park in East St. Louis.

The Emma L Wilson King Foundation is hosting the event there will be a parade, activities for your family and food available to purchase from local vendors.

Susie Q’s is a featured vendor and we’ll be catering delicious traditional and lemon pepper wings so come out and join us!

When: Saturday, October 9th
Parade starts at 10:30
Festival: 12:30- 6pm
Admissions is free.
