Something’s different at Natural Bridge Speedway this season … we've seen some opinions, but we'd like to hear from those of you who watch races there and those who have competed on the track already this season.

That new wall in 3-4 has changed things - is it for the good?

The calendar is locked in and the nights are marked.
Our 2026 event dates at Oak Level Raceway are officially out, and Friday nights are about to get loud again.

We’re not rolling out all the details just yet — you’ve already seen a few hints and teasers — but the full slate of races is coming in just a few days. We’re dotting some i’s, crossing some t’s, and making sure this schedule is built right for racers and fans alike.

Big nights.
Fan-favorite divisions.
A few curveballs.
And plenty of good old-fashioned dirt racing.

Do y’all remember the old “Kick’n Up The Dirt” jingle from the B-99 commercials back in the day? 🎶🛞

We can hear it in our heads, but we can’t for the life of us find a copy of the lyrics or a recording anywhere. It was such a big part of the track’s past, and we’d love to bring it back as we rebuild this place into something special for the future — a little retro flavor with a whole lot of new excitement.

Yesterday we hosted the first OPEN practice at Oak Level Raceway since the track was purchased this summer — and it felt good to finally let folks see (and hear) this place come back to life in Bassett, VA for the first time since 2013.

Cars from just about every division that’ll be racing with us this season took laps, shook the cars down, and helped us keep dialing the track in. Hard to believe this place was a straight-up forest not long ago… now it’s looking nearly ready to race again.

Michael Wells turning some laps in his Street Stock yesterday during open practice. Sure was good to see some cars on track and we can’t wait for the season opener on Saturday, March 21st.
