Well I did a thing on wednesday 😂

Was it absolute chaos - of course !!
Was it out of my comfort zone - absolutely !!
Was it the highlight of my week - 100% yes !!

As loud and as crazy as it was, it was an absolute pleasure to meet everyone ❤️ just seeing the kids having fun.

Watching them overcome the sensory challenges of handling raw meat and getting stuck right in was the highlight of the night for me ... so proud of all the little chefs that attended and got their certificates 👩‍🍳

Cant wait to see you all next wednesday and there might even be a tasting session before hand ✌️

Korean Dip Burger -
Spiced buttermilk chicken burger dipped in our signature korean sauce served on a brioche bun with iceberg, asian slaw, american cheese and salt and pepper fries

Pulled Pork hoagie-
Slow braised bbq pulled pork served in a soft vienna topped with a nacho cheese sauce, crispy onions and spring onions on a bed of seasoned fries

Peri Hot Honey Chicken Fries -
Crispy chicken tossed in a peri hot honey glaze served over peri seasoned fries topped with spring onions, chillis and sesame

Right !! I've had my little sabatical over xmas and settled into the new job 😂 and I hope you've all had a great christmas and new year ❤️ here's our first date of 2026, I'll be honest and say that I can't just sit around, its driving me mad 😂 I have took up lego as a hobby for God's sake and I also tried dry Jan.... lasted about 4 hours 🙄😂 so please keep an eye on the page for some future updates as to when and where we will be ❤️

I hate to say it but I'm part of that school crew now, you know when you see someone who works in education and you give them that little cheeky wink and grin ... 5 days, ooh can't wait 5 days, tell you what in 5 days ill have me feet up with a cheeky prosecco 😂😂 that being said we've also had a busy weekend with Walshaw Sports Club xmas function on friday and a christening today with a lovely family it was an amazing afternoon catching up with people ❤️ The diary is open for 2026 and we have a few bookings already so for any outside catering please get in touch if you have any plans and lets see what we can do for you.

Open tonight from 6 at Walshaw Sports Club for the Big Xmas Quiz, and it would be rude not to do a few festive bits 🎄

Festive Burger -
Spiced chicken burger, smoked bacon, brie, cranberry and stuffing served on a Brioche bun with seasoned fries and dipping pot of gravy

Yorkie Wrap -
Pulled chicken, pigs in blankets, honey roast carrots, stuffing and cranberry wrapped in a giant yorkie served with seasoned fries and dipping pot of gravy

Cheeseburger Loaded Fries -
Seasoned fries topped with pan fried smoked bacon, burger pieces, American cheese and burger sauce

I know I've been quiet the past few weekends, but I have had to do a bit of soul searching and start looking for full time work. I started this business almost 4 years ago and I have put my heart and soul into it ♥️ I have had the pleasure of employing and working with so many amazing people and also getting to know you lot, creating friendships, sharing laughs, jokes, stories and also hard times and ill never ever forget that.

I've decided its time to take a step back, slow down a little, breathe and start looking after myself and spending time with my family ♥️ It hasn't been an easy decision at all and those that know me well will know i have been pondering this since December, but I gave it another shot.

I have been fortunate enough to get myself an exciting role working Monday to Friday ... in catering 😂 (I know its mad) its like a unicorn in the chefs world lol but this means its still not the end of Harrisons I will be keeping my page open for buffets and maybe some kind of family meal prep 🍴

Thank you to everyone for supporting us over the years and thank you for being part of something I will always be proud of !!

Sorry for the lack of an update last week, tbh was fuming with the car etc and then to top it off I came home on Friday and found Mrs Harrison had stored snack raisins in the fridge 1. There's no one under 45 in the house so no idea why we need them and 2. What kind of psychopath stores individual portions of raisins in the fridge 😂 so that kind of just tipped me over the edge ... anyway ... Cars back so that's a silver lining, and thank you to everyone who helped ❤️

Sat 10:00 - 6:00pm (open for breakfast butties and brews till 12:30)
Sun 12:00 - 6:00pm

Apparently Iceland are doin spice bags 😂 .. not a touch on ours 😉 so this week we've got ..

Salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper fries, mini spring rolls, pan fried vegetables with sweet chilli and curry sauce pots

Ultimate burger -
4oz beef burger, smoked bacon, chicken burger, American cheese, hash brown, iceberg on a brioche with peri fries

Korean Loaded Fries -

SUNDAY - We will be doing loaded giant Yorkies 😍 -

Choice of peppered pork or succulent chicken loaded into a giant Yorkie with creamy buttered mash, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, honey roast carrots, wilted greens, sausage meat stuffing and lashings of gravy 🤤

So my cars been nicked from tottington road near Boston pizza 🙄 its a black Volkswagen Passat FY59MKL don't think they will have got very far cos there was only 10 miles left in petrol 😂 if you see it parked up anywhere please give us a shout ❤️
