I want to take time again to thank all our friends, family and our wedding couplers, their friends and families—-
Friday —-
We - will turn in our keys to the Chapel and say goodbye to the past 21 years- and Hello to a new chapter of our lives - this will be a very BITTERSWEET day-
As most of you know just over 21 years ago my in-laws helped US- to purchase the chapel -
we have had help from them, my mom-
My sister in law and brother in law, have helped us with some remodeling along with a nephew in law- with roofing-
then to our own children who have been there livi, working, and doing chapel projects every day since - and our son in law and daughter in law- and even the grandkids have been there to help us 😊
Without the support of our parents and our family and friends we couldn’t have made the chapel to what it is today!
So thank you ALL of you for your support, your love and your prayers for your love - then for just being there through it all!!!!
Looking back all the mountain tops and the valleys - the sweat, the blood 🩸 and tears 😭 the dust the trips to the dump- the metal recycling - pluming and electrical- blowing insulation- painting and more painting- pulling up boards and pulling nails out to clean the boards and then to nail the boards back down- 😱
Most of this/ the memories - I wouldn’t trade for anything- I have grown- our children have grown up and moved on and have homes of their own -
we didn’t have everything perfect
but there will always be things I wish we could go back and change- like spending more time with our kids and our family-
However we do have lots of great memories that no one else can ever experience-
