Day 19 : Our food truck is not officially open but if there is a need for food please let us know ! There’s always room at my table! City of Ambrose and Ambrose School have combined our supplies and they will be at the school Contacts are Me , Mary Vickers and Shelley Cole. There are still residents within the city limits of Ambrose still without power.
Check on your neighbors ! This has nothing to do with them being forgotten just so many that still aren’t safe to be re connected !!

We still have An Ice Truck in Ambrose we talked them into leaving it until Monday !! But definitely will be gone after Monday !
The group that is coming today is bringing water and diapers !!

10/12 Today we are blessed to have a group from Central Baptist Church in Americus , Ga and some guys from South Carolina to cook for those that are still without power and the workers in our area ! 4048 Vickers Crossing Ambrose!!!! 11am -2pm

10/11 We will be open today ! Still so many people in our rural areas without power and internet! So if you know of someone that needs a meal please share that they are welcome here and if you see workers in your area stop and invite them to stop by 4048 Vickers Crossing Ambrose !!! Ice truck is still here but will be picked up some time today !!

Free meals at The Kitchen 4048 Vickers Crossing Ambrose Ga 31512 !!! If you are working on our area or just need a hot meal ! We have a group from Warner Robins Georgia bringing BBQ at 12:00 ! Let’s give them a big shout out and thank you! Ambrose may be small but we are strong !❤️

Food truck in Ambrose will be open again today for any one working in our area . And for anyone needing a hot meal ! Tomorrow we will share our truck with a group from Warner Robbins! They Will be furnishing meals so if you know anyone that needs a meal we deliver ! We’ve been doing that since the storm hit ! Thanks to Sarah Carmichael Unangst who has delivered meals everyday! Also a big thank you to Sherry Ashley Carver, Sheila Fussell, Ali Paulk , Mary Vickers, Linda Merritt ( chief dishwasher ) Evelyta Leon , Karrie Milhollin who helped everyday we’ve lost track of what day it is! And thank you to Lynda Wooten Bryan , Stacy Lott, Candice Carver Johns, Chasity Hostetler, Ashley Smith Atkinson , Maddie my friend at Bear creek, Judy Jones - Tifton and our new friend Dale Ricks /Tifton ! And a special thanks to all of you that have donated food and funds ! It’s like being On Chopped everyday we never know what we are cooking until we get here it’s nothing fancy but it’s something ! Yesterday we had so many that are still without power and water, they live outside of Ambrose on these dirt roads where I grew up it’s a mess in the country too and heartbreaking!
