Hello 👋 Welcome to my page. Here are some facts about me.

✨ I’m Chef Barbara, owner of Sams Enterprise and Catering Company. I’ve been blessed to provide hospitality and catering services for 15 years. I love to cook and am challenged to be better every day.

✨ Although I specialize in southern cuisine catering, I enjoy an alkaline vegan lifestyle. As a result of changing my eating habits, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. See my before and after pictures👇👇

✨ My favorite dishes to prepare for myself are chick peas and kala soup , butternut squash and spaghetti squash; non vegan dishes I love preparing are casseroles.

✨I truly LOVE baking desserts, as you may notice when you visit my table at the Farmers Market 🙂 From sugar free to deluxe cakes, there’s something for everyone. I’ve recently incorporated vegan desserts. Preorders accepted.

✨Food prep services gives me the opportunity to help clients who simply desire to eat healthy, lose weight, or get off medication.
