“Why do you do all that work at your venue?”
People ask me that often.

Is running a venue a lot of work? YES! But this picture is my answer. ❤️

Today, these two youngsters spotted me feeding the ranch animals before the event they were attending started and asked if they could help. Of course, I said yes! They were curious, eager to lend a hand, and full of questions. One even discovered a new love for those “bickens”—also known as chickens! 🐓😂

Honestly, I think I enjoyed our time together even more than they did.

At Rustic Haven Ranch, we get to celebrate special occasions and share our love for agriculture along the way. Moments like these give us a chance to show children where their food comes from and let them experience the care, kindness, and compassion we give our animals.

One child, one little chore, and one sweet memory at a time. 🌾🤠

Those are the moments that make all the work worthwhile.
