Lately, we’ve had customers accidentally place orders through third-party websites. These are not real florists, just call centers that take a cut, flip the order, and too often cancel or shortchange it. One customer even told me she thought we hadn’t delivered her flowers. When she realized it wasn’t us, she was so relieved and glad to know Allen Flower Shop had kept our reputation intact.

Please help us spread the word! Many online florists pose as if they’re located here in Allen. In reality, they are third-party call centers that take a big cut of your money before flipping your order to a real local florist.

We made the decision long ago not to accept orders from these order-gatherers. Why? Because we want you to receive the full value of your flowers, without hidden fees or middlemen.

Unfortunately, one of these companies continues to use our name without permission, making it seem as if we fill their orders. We do not!! Please don’t order from these companies. ❌
