We’re excited to help spread the word about Art In Every Space, a resident-inspired pilot hosted by Mayor Alyia Gaskin's bringing original artwork by Alexandria-area artists into local businesses throughout our city!

& there’s a little incentive to explore 👀

Visit 5 participating businesses by September 30, get your Gallery Passport stamped or signed at each stop, and submit your completed passport for a chance to win an original painting donated by one of the participating local artists! 🖼️

We did it! Our players are officially off to Scotland, and we couldn’t have asked for a better send-off! Team CatRad celebrated with face painting, temporary tattoos, a community banner filled with well wishes, and some of our favorite local small business partners helping bring the fun to life!

Now it’s time to cheer on Team Alexandria! Alexandria’s rugby teams will compete in Dundee, Scotland, reviving the historic Mayor’s Cup Rugby Challenge after a 17-year hiatus.

So far in 2026, we’ve brought 41 events to life! From fundraising galas and conferences to PRIDE celebrations, birthday parties, bingo nights, and community movie nights (with so much more in between).
