You've probably driven past us a hundred times without knowing we were here.

Tucked inside Suite 2 at 501 New Karner Road is something Albany doesn't have much of: a whole-person wellness center where nearly every kind of care lives under one roof. Licensed therapists. Art therapists. Massage therapists and bodyworkers doing some of the most skilled hands-on work in the Capital Region. Reiki and energy healing, breathwork, sound journeys, yoga, somatic movement, halotherapy, and grief support.

Every practitioner here runs their own independent practice, and every one of them was chosen with real intention. We call them Collaborators, because that's exactly what they do -- they work side by side, refer to one another, and treat you as a whole person rather than a single symptom.

We've heard it more times than we can count from people walking in for the first time: "How did I not know this was here?"

Now you do. Next time you're driving down New Karner, stop in. Link in bio to see everything we offer.

Eight teachers. One Saturday. You get to meet all of them before you commit to any of them.

That's really what the Pop-Up is. Everybody frames choosing a yoga class as picking a style, but that's not what's happening. You're picking a person. Whether a class works for you comes down almost entirely to whether that teacher's energy fits yours, and no schedule listing on earth can tell you that.

So on September 26 we're putting all eight of ours in front of you, thirty minutes each, free, with fifteen minutes in between to actually talk to them.

Christina opens at 8 with Kundalini. Kelley and Cristina hold Reiki Yoga at 8:45. Karen brings Chair Yoga at 9:30. Jen takes Restorative at 10:15. Kelley returns for Grief Yoga at 11, Alexa holds Q***r Yoga at 11:45, Kelley closes out Gentle at 12:30, and Jen finishes with Vinyasa Flow at 1:15.

Ask them anything. What if I can't get down to the floor. What if I cry. What if I have to leave early. What if I'm the oldest one there. They have heard all of it and none of it will surprise them.

Come for one. Stay for all eight. Mats are here if you need one.

8:00am to 1:45pm at Reflective Harmony, 501 New Karner Road, Suite 2, Albany.

A labyrinth isn't a maze. There's no wrong turn, no dead end, nothing to solve.

That distinction matters more than it sounds, because a maze is designed to outwit you and a labyrinth is designed to carry you. One path in, one path out, and your only job is to keep walking. For anyone whose brain treats every quiet moment as an unassigned task, that's a rare kind of relief -- there's nothing here for you to be good at.

You step in one at a time, at your own pace, and let the path do what paths do. A grounding meditation supports your return. Then creative expression, through writing or art, gives whatever surfaced somewhere to land.

And no, this isn't about being artistic. It's about honoring what your Spirit whispers once your mind finally gets quiet -- which, for most of us, only happens when we stop asking it to.

For anyone seeking reflection, clarity, calm, or spiritual grounding. No experience necessary. Comfortable clothes, your journal if you love yours, and an open heart.

Thursday, September 25. Walking windows start at 5pm at Reflective Harmony.

Let's talk about what three days actually holds, because "retreat" is a word that has been used to mean forty different things and most of them involve a schedule packed from eight to six.

This is not that.

You arrive on Friday and we ground you -- an actual ceremony, so that you land in the room instead of showing up physically while your brain finishes Thursday. Saturday moves your body before it asks anything of your heart, which is deliberate, because bodies need to be met first. Then you create, with Christina guiding, for real stretches of unhurried time. There's a catered lunch and a window of Collaborator pop-up sessions if you want one, and nothing you're required to attend. Sunday closes in circle, where you get to say out loud what happened, in front of people who were there when it did.

Small group, on purpose. This stays an intimate held experience instead of a crowded event, which means the seats are real and finite.

Here's the part we want to say plainly. Some of what shifts will be obvious by Sunday afternoon. Some of it will find you three weeks later in your kitchen, and you'll be standing there holding a coffee cup thinking oh, there it is. That's not a promise we can schedule for you. It's just what tends to happen when a person finally gets quiet enough to hear herself.

A $250 deposit reserves your place. Early bird is $1,221 and the balance is invoiced separately, due within 90 days or by the first day, whichever comes first. No auto-drafts, no fine print games.

October 23, 24 & 25. Albany.

You've been breathing all week. This is thirty minutes of doing it on purpose.

That sounds almost too simple to matter, which is exactly why most of us never get around to it. Breath is the one thing your body has been handling without you since the day you arrived, and it turns out that bringing your attention to it -- deliberately, in a quiet room, with someone holding the space -- does something that thinking your way to calm never quite manages.

Felicia Neaton of Alchemize Breathwork & Bodywork guides the Saturday Exhale. Thirty minutes rooted in the rhythm of the breath, letting it do what it's always known how to do: settle, restore, and open you back up to yourself.

No experience needed. Nothing to get right. Just come as you are, exactly where you are, and let someone else hold the space while you exhale.

There's a particular kind of magic in starting a Saturday this way. Everything after it lands differently.

Saturday, September 26 at 8:45am. Monthly at Reflective Harmony.

People always want to know what's happening to them during a sound bath, and we love this question because the answer is more interesting than the mystical version.

Your brain does not stop working when you lie down. It's built to scan for threat, and it does not take breaks. Ambient noise, movement in the room, a text you haven't answered, the tone of a conversation from Tuesday -- all of it gets processed whether you consent or not.

Sustained tone gives that system almost nothing to do. There's no rhythm to anticipate, no words to decode, no sudden change to brace for. It's predictable in a way almost nothing in your life is. And after a few minutes of finding nothing worth flagging, the scanning quiets down.

That's the moment. The heaviness in your arms. The sense that you dropped out of time for a bit and came back. That is not a portal. That is your nervous system downshifting, possibly for the first time in weeks.
Which is also why people sometimes cry in there for no reason they can name. When the bracing stops, whatever was underneath the bracing gets some air.

We have sound and meditation running all month. If you have never done one, this is a beautiful first thing to try -- you lie down, you close your eyes, and you are not required to do anything else.

You do not have to be okay in here.

That's the whole premise, and it's rarer than it sounds. Most rooms ask something of a grieving person -- hold it together, stay pleasant, be fine so everyone around you can be comfortable. You get very good at it. You can run that performance for an hour without anyone noticing, and you'll go home flattened and not quite know why.

Kelley built this class because she kept watching people do exactly that. Walk in carrying something heavy, then spend the entire hour managing it instead of setting it down. So she made a room where none of that is required. No performing. No keeping up. No pretending.

And there's no finish line. This isn't about processing on a schedule or arriving at some tidy conclusion -- grief doesn't work that way and everyone who's actually done it knows. It's slow, it's held, and it's built on the belief that healing happens when we're given permission to be exactly as we are.

Gentle movement, breath, and sound. Nothing that asks more of your body than it has today.

If you've been carrying something since spring, or since last year, or since a decade ago that you thought you'd handled -- this is a soft place to set it down for an hour.

Monthly Thursdays with Kelley Apple, 11:30am to 12:30pm or 5 to 6pm.

Things that have happened in Karen's chair yoga class: silly noises, singing, a joke or two, and actual out-loud laughing in a yoga room, on purpose.

Things that also happen: strength, balance, mobility, and stress quietly leaving your body like it was never invited in the first place.

Both of those are true at once, and that's the part people don't expect.

Let's clear up what chair yoga actually is, because it gets filed in the wrong drawer constantly. Karen's class is for anyone rebuilding after an injury or an illness. Anyone managing a chronic condition. Anyone who'd like to move well without the floor being part of the negotiation. And anyone who has simply decided they'd like to feel better in their body without white-knuckling their way to it.

It is a complete practice. Not a lesser one, not a warm-up for real yoga, not something you graduate out of. The chair holds you steady while you do the actual work.

You'll leave refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a little more peace of mind than you walked in with.

Tuesdays 12 to 1pm.
Thursdays 10 to 11am.

And yes, you're allowed to laugh in here.

Seven kinds of yoga in one building, which is either wonderful or paralyzing depending on how much decision-making you've already done today.

So let's make it simple. Forget style names for a second and answer one question: what does your body need this week?

If it needs to be held and asked for nothing, that's Restorative or Reiki Yoga. If it needs breath and gentleness and a soft landing, that's Kelley's Gentle. If it needs to actually move and sweat a little, that's Vinyasa. If it needs something loosened that talking hasn't touched, that's Kundalini. And if standing or getting to the floor is the barrier, Karen's Chair Yoga is a complete practice, not a lesser one.

You do not need to be flexible for any of these. You do not need experience for any of these. Every teacher in this building offers modifications without making a whole announcement about it, and not one of them is watching what your body does.

If you're coming more than twice a month, look at the class packs or the Unlimited Monthly before you book singles. That's not a sales tactic, it's just cheaper and we'd rather you knew.

Save this one. Come back to it on the Sunday you decide this is the week.
