ACT Acrobatics offers training in acrobatic movement and art form that mainly involves AcroYoga, Partner Acrobatic, Handstand, and Yoga asana. We are here to help develop new skills and to encourage our students to be consistent in their training, as well as be more creative in their own practice.

We were doing some handstands and human flags today, and here’s a recap from our training:

- Me? I just introduced you how to use the tools that can help you reach where you want to be. And to get there, there are conditions.
- Look into conditions 1, 2, or 3. Which one should you work on first? Then start working on yourself with whatever you have. Yes, I can see what you have (now)
- Then you’ll be ready. When you’re ready, balance will find you. Once balance finds you, you’ll know how to stay in it. You can stay there as long as you align with it.
- It’s your choice to go back and forth, adding to each condition. You already know what they are… just do it.
- It works for you because you’re learning, and you learn because you welcome the lessons.
- I didn’t say I’m right, so please correct me if I’m wrong. There’s so much to learn, and I learn from you too.
- I am also a tool. So yes, please use me. You’re welcome. If there’s nothing new for you to learn, then you’ll know. I hope you have fun and enjoy our session.

How far do you want to go in your practice? It’s really up to you. I hope you can master the skills you aim for and become the person you want to be. I hope you grow stronger, better, and find joy in every step of the process—along with love and art.

Remember that your practice is yours, and you know it. True rewards aren't measured by the number of likes and shares on social media but by how good you feel about yourself. Your value comes from within, and recognizing your own worth is your true power.

We are different in many ways, but respecting each other as human beings makes us beautifully equal. It makes us kind, and it makes us beautiful. I recognize beauty in you, and in me.
