Creative Marketing & Digital Campaign Specialist
International & local Events | Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca

At PROevents International, we create local and international congresses, conferences and professional experiences that connect people, knowledge, and opportunities.
As we expand our international portfolio, we're looking for a creative, digitally savvy marketing professional to join our established in-house marketing team.
We're looking for someone who combines fresh ideas, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset - someone who knows how to transform an event into a compelling story and a successful marketing campaign.
What You'll Do
• Develop creative marketing concepts and integrated campaigns for international congresses and conferences
• Create engaging messaging and storytelling tailored to different professional audiences
• Plan and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and email marketing channels
• Develop audience acquisition strategies to increase registrations, engagement and conversions
• Work closely with our in-house designer and marketing specialist team to bring campaign concepts to life
• Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements
• Contribute innovative ideas for growing our international event brands and professional communities
• Collaborate with project managers
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative campaigns, or brand communications
• Strong creative thinking combined with an analytical and commercially oriented mindset
• Proven experience developing and executing successful digital campaigns
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English and Romanian
• Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, social media advertising and analytics
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other marketing professionals
• A proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Interest in international business, professional communities and events
Experience in B2B marketing, healthcare, international conferences or professional associations is an advantage.
