This is what a fun & relaxed teambuilding with HYPE looks like:

Collaborative outdoor team challenges, discovering new things about your colleagues, singing at the top of your lungs during Music Bingo, a little friendly competition, a CSR activity, sunset drinks on the terrace, and time to simply enjoy the pool or unwind.

For this 3-day teambuilding retreat, we designed every experience around one goal: creating the right balance between connection, adventure and downtime.

Last week, we took advantage of a beautiful summer evening and brought one of our client’s team together for a relaxed garden party.

We transformed an outdoor space into the perfect summer gathering with everything a great garden party needs:

- Refreshing cocktails with personalised prints
- Delicious food & drink vendors
- Simple, elegant décor that complemented the setting
- A laid-back atmosphere, completed by a DJ, perfect for catching up, celebrating, and enjoying the sunset.

High energy, high synergy!

Most of the time, we need our teams to be truly in sync and one way to go beyond training solutions, is this drumming activity! The perfect out-of-the-box experience to bring people together, connect, and have fun while learning along the way.

Here’s a short preview of how we integrated this activity into a Leadership Meeting 👀🥁

How we did it:
1. We started with an alignment session to set the energy and goals for the day
2. We split participants into 3 teams, each exploring a different type of drum and rhythm
3. We practiced synchronisation and collaboration with the support of the facilitators
4. We brought everyone back together to create one collective rhythm based on listening, communication, and trust
5. We ended with high energy and a short debrief that resulted in this simple takeaway: strong teams perform best when everyone finds their place in the rhythm

Last week, we hit pause on the usual routine and did what we love most: mixing business with a bit of adventure.

We revisited some of the locations we already worked with and explored new hidden gems that we’re excited to bring into our upcoming teambuilding experiences.

What were we looking for?
- Strong, reliable partnerships with venues that share our values and energy
- Versatile spaces for both indoor and outdoor team activities
- Relaxation areas that actually help teams unwind (some of them with amazing views!)
- Authentic local food & beverages
- Flexibility, accessibility, and great on-site support
- That “something special” you can’t always put into words, but you feel it when you’re there

Why does this matter?
Because behind every smooth, impactful teambuilding event is a lot of behind-the-scenes work: testing, exploring, building relationships, and making sure every detail is just right.
