😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 Last night’s Waikanae Lions Club dinner was all about welcoming the new members. Ivett, Martin, and of course our “regular member” Gergő had a great time mixing and mingling with the crew. You could really see that both the Lions Club Waikanae and the PartyPerfect team take these get-togethers seriously… but not too seriously – there was plenty of fun, food, and good laughs along the way!

😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 When work turns into a bit of fun – information gathering, tastings, and a family day out all rolled into one. We had a great time meeting so many exhibitors, suppliers, and old friends at the latest Bidfood Food Show. You can see Ivett was truly in her element!
As for Gergo… let’s just say sampling everything might have been a bit too much for his stomach – but he survived pretty well in the end. 😄 Not too troubled though – the next morning he was already asking when we’re going to the next one!🥰😂

😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 We haven’t posted here on our page in a while – let’s just say we’ve been busy (and no, we’re not complaining – we’re proud of it!).
Over the past months, we’ve been cooking, baking and serving for some incredible events: Coastguard Ball, Electra Business Breakfast, Paraparaumu College Ball, Mills Albert Health & Safety Meeting – and honestly, we couldn’t even list them all.
Birthdays, wedding anniversaries, Kapiti Coast club gatherings, life celebrations… we’ve had the privilege to be part of many special moments.
Since our big boys have moved on with their own lives – university, careers – little Gergő has grown into the business. He’s now helping more and more, especially his mum Ivett, with setting tables and serving guests.
Sometimes he moves faster than we can hide the dessert tray from him! 😄
We’re also hosting more and more private functions at our ANZIL–Lindale restaurant, where up to 60–70 guests can comfortably enjoy a meal. We’ve had some great live music events too – even if it leaves our ears ringing a bit by the end of the night!
We just hope the many thousands of people we’ve cooked and served for recently left satisfied and happy.

😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 "I’m starting to believe Ivett is either a wizard or has been secretly cloned. 🤯
She somehow manages to be present at multiple locations at the same time — always smiling, slicing cheese, hosting events or checking on the kitchen.
You might run into her anywhere — from Palmerston North to the Kapiti Coast, she's somehow always there.
As her husband, I’m slightly alarmed by both possibilities...
But if she really does have magical powers, I’ll just quietly carry the cheese crates — or slip back into our PartyPerfect kitchen in Lindale and keep on cooking.

🇩🇪 😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 What a fabulous fun Oktoberfest at Anzil! Daniela created a wonderful music selection from traditional songs like 'Ein Prosit' to German techno which got us up dancing and there was even a conga around the restaurant at the end of the night! We enjoyed delicious food, beer and warm hospitality from PartyPerfect Catering. Thanks to Helge for organizing the event- sorry I didn't get to see you during the evening.

😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 Having a couple exciting weeks behind PartyPerfect Catering Team: Cocktail style catering for 135 guests organized by Mills Albert Limited (the famous Family-run Company on the Kapiti Coast) at Fundraising in Southwards Car Museum, followed by Electra Business Breakfast accommodating 185 guests with the ongoing support of Levi Hampton, who always makes the events flawless no matter how early or late we are working together in Southwards Car Museum. Birthdays and Anniversaries, Baby shower with high tea and Life celebration with motorcycle show plus a Wedding with Snapper Ceviche. Not to forget about our Gifted Kai Project, where we are preparing close to 100 portions of restaurant quality meals weekly, 100% financed by Anzil, Hungarian Restaurant, Lindale/PartyPerfect Catering to feed Kids and Families in need for free. 15 weeks ago we started and we are going stronger and stronger every week after 1500 portions! We are exhausted but content. It is tiredness filled with positive energy.🥰🥰

😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 This week there were 100 portions of homemade food prepared with the help of core members of L'Arche Kapiti. The complimentary meals are delivered by He Tangata, Cancer Society and Vinnies to Kids, Families and Individuals in need on the Kapiti Coast. Next week it will be exactly 3 months, when PartyPerfect Catering/ANZIL, Hungarian Restaurant, Lindale and L'Arche Kapiti had started the project to prepare restaurant quality meals for free to people in need, paid by Ivett and Andras, Chef the owner and manager of PartyPerfect Catering/ANZIL, Hungarian Restaurant, Lindale. 1100 portions 🙂seems a lot but even more needed on the Kapiti Coast. We keep up with the growing demand for supporting hard life conditions though food but it is getting out of our hands financially. We are hoping to find other businesses, individuals who can contribute to this project, supporting the Kapiti Community in the future. There are quite a bit of empty tables in front of Kids and Families on the Kapiti Coast. Hopefully, we started to make a change!

😀😀🇳🇿🇭🇺 9th week: ANZIL, Hungarian Restaurant, Lindale with L'Arche Kapiti hand in hand had prepared close to 100 portions of free meal (Pasta with Chicken Carbonara, as the kids were loving this dish sooooo much that we had to recreate it) for Children and Families in need on the Kapiti Coast. Then Ethan and Conrad had been baking with Ivett for the Dementia Group who we accommodate twice each month, exclusively in ANZIL, Hungarian Restaurant, Lindale, as a Cafe. These days I am put to work, as well as front of house. I am taking orders while Ivett is making coffee for 25-30 members.
