We are offering half price venue hire for anyone who wants to book within this week!

Bring on the completion of our new synthetic track!

Work should be completed by mid-July and the first race meeting is scheduled for May next year.

❌ SATURDAY’S RACE MEETING HAS BEEN ABANDONED❌

While blue skies would have been nice, the weather has been anything but in the Wellington region. The Trentham track has been inspected today by the RIB and Club representatives and in the interest of safety, the decision to abondon Saturday’s race meeting has been made.

Winter racing kicks off today at Woodville-Pahiatua Racing Club with the annual Feilding Jockey Club - Suppliers & Contractors Raceday at Woodville Racecourse

There’s plenty on offer for punters, with an action-packed program of 8 events kicking off at 11:50am. Whether you’re looking for a way out of the office to reward your staff, or simply enjoy a day out with friends, there’s something for everyone with free General Admission and a generous offer of beverages and hot food available for purchase.

Creative Catering are on the hunt for a reliable Kitchen Hand here at a Awapuni Function Centre!

This job will require you to also help out the senior kitchen staff when needed - so experience in the kitchen is desirable, perfect for someone who wants to move up in the kitchen in the future!

You will have minimum hours of 25 hours per week but leading into our busy period this could lead to more of a full time role.

The successful applicant will engage in a wide range of duties relating to racecourse, training track, ground and facility maintenance.
