Kia Ora, Bonjour, 안녕하세요!

Noisette 🌰

A tribute to the elegance of the hazelnut.

Disguised as nature's own treasure, Noisette reveals delicate layers of silky hazelnut mousse, luscious hazelnut praline, and feather-light hazelnut dacquoise, all enrobed in a fine shell of Whittaker's milk chocolate.

Every bite unfolds with refined textures and deep roasted hazelnut notes, creating a moment of pure indulgence—delicate, elegant, and quietly unforgettable.

Handcrafted with French pastry artistry and a Korean touch.

✨ Available at The Nelson Market and on pre order on our website https://k-oui.nz/shop/

Kia Ora, Bonjour, 안녕하세요!

Layers of tradition, reimagined.

Our Seoul Opera brings together French patisserie with bold Korean-inspired flavours. A delicate sesame biscuit joconde layered with silky miso caramel buttercream and rich dark chocolate ganache, creating a balance of nutty, salty, sweet and bittersweet notes in every bite.

A familiar classic with a distinctly K-Oui twist.

✨ Available at the The Nelson Market , on pre-order on our website https://k-oui.nz/shop/ , or on degustation during our high tea/morning coffee events (links for booking in bio)
