What’s everyone up to this weekend?! Come on down to the Winter festival in Nelson! We’ll be set up at the night market on Friday and Saturday 4-8pm, at the top of Trafalgar with loads of other delicious food stalls so come on down…come hungry and enjoy!

Throwing it back to a wedding in February as we just received these fab pics from the ever talented (and oh so lovely!) . E&J were married at the on a glorious day in Nelson. They chose canapés to start the afternoon followed by family style mains. Such a wonderful wedding to be part of, thanks so much for having us 💕🥂

We catered a special lunch yesterday . A 3-course meal starting with canapés, followed by mains and then dessert. With just 11 guests it was a delicious menu served to the table for guests to share. There were dietaries to consider with 3 vegetarians, so some tasty meat free alternatives were served. It was a beautiful day, in a magic setting with tasty food, thanks so much for choosing us to cater for your special family lunch! 💕

Canapés….bite-sized creations that pack flavor and elegance into every mouthful! Our canapés menu is a fab addition to a menu to start off an occasion for example a wedding, or have as a standalone menu for a cocktail style event. With gluten free and vegetarian options to choose, from ‘land’, ‘sea’ or ‘garden’. We love to create a diverse and tantalising menu to suit our clients tastes!

Hola amigos, hey team 👋 This winter sunshine is definitely turning it on, so we’re making the most of it and are all set to get at you with some tasty food again this week, how good?! We’ll be set up Thursday, Friday and Saturday for lunch (see photo for times, pretty similar with a bit longer on Saturday) and then Sunday we will be at the from 9-1pm. Come have a bite to eat, share a yarn and a smile, and enjoy the warm rays! See you soon, hasta pronto!

Ooooweee how deliciously good does this picnic look?! We catered this beaut last weekend for our client’s fathers birthday picnic - packed full of tasty goodness there were local cheeses, crackers, house made duck pâté, a goats cheese and onion tart, house cured meats and salmon to go with our tasty house made English muffins (these babies are next level, you’ve got to try them!), chipa (gluten free cheese puffs)…it was definitely a bougie picnic, one that was enjoyed by all!

Keen to organise something similar for an occasion (or just to take to a friends place to eat or share with family) let us know, we’d love to create a delicious picnic/treat box for you! But wait…there’s MORE! We have decided to open on Saturday this week and next, so for all the Saturday Market goers, come grab a bite, before or after your shopping, we’ll be set up 10:30-2pm Saturday! We’ll also be set up on Thursday and Friday for lunch 11:30-2:30pm, and on Sunday at the market! Come and grab a bite to eat, share a yarn and a smile and enjoy some rats of sunshine on your face! We love all the corporate catering jobs we’re doing at the moment, but we don’t often get an opportunity to get pictures due to timing/stule of service. So here’s a snapshot of a long lunch that we catered earlier in the year.

The menu was served to tables to share, with plates served over a two hour period, it was a feast. Guests were treated to grazing boards to start; meats, salads and sides for the main event followed by sweet treats and local cheeses to finish.

This style of menu and service is a great way to treat clients or staff to a taste of what our region has to offer, whilst encouraging collaboration and conversation at guests individual table - suitable for either a long lunch or in the evening as dinner, typically for 50 or more guests, but we can create a bespoke menu for smaller guest numbers!

Hola amigos, sorry to say but due to the weather and how badly it has affected our region, we’re not operating this week. Sending love and thoughts to everyone who has been affected by the deluge on Friday, we’re thinking of you all and hope all are safe.
