Wow! ..We just have to give a huge shout out to Bay of Islands vintage railway. 🚂🚂
What an incredible event..a must do as a local or anyone!
Informative, music, fun, great scenery along the tracks between Kawakawa & Opua.
Food , amazing... a true taste of Northland...and super generous! What Rose created out the back of the train was incredible... sensational!
Thanks for fabulous couple of hours of R n R. What a team you have, just brilliant!!! 👏🚂🍷🏞

HAPPY BITHDAY NEAT EATS..
So somewhere over the last month or so Neat Eats turned 20... yes 20!! 🍾🥂
I chose today because it was this day 20 years ago that the amazing Pauline Ferris ... rented me my 1st registered kitchen, thanks Pauline.. you helped create this monster!! Lol!

A little area out the back of the then Dundee Lumber which is now The old Pack house market. Wow...time has flown.
It all started as a "Bun run" a hobby business of sorts.
So many stories, so much support over the years...
Its not all been easy, far from it, hospitality is hard work, but here we are!
A few of the team I started with are still helping out today..
Literally!! I couldn't have done it without you guys over the years, you know who you are..
Family... thank you! 🩷💜💙.
And to all my amazing customers, you all are part of this ... thanks for coming back time & time again.
You know, only just yesterday, as I was baking 300 odd cookies in my little kitchen in the Hub mall, I said out loud to myself...

Not bad after all this time.

So... where did that 6 months go.... crazy!!
It's been a fun and super busy winter, our little spring break done and dusted 🌺👏
So let's go, we are ready and happily full on busy all the way until Christmas... yes Christmas, is on it's way!! 🎅🌲
We have some very special events coming up....
everyday is different, that's what I love about what we do.. and they are all a little bit special! 🥂🍾🩷💛💙☀️🍹

Here we go ... Waitangi week 2026 already... stop it!!!
We are now in our 20th year... yes... how scary is this! Not celebrating until October!! 😊

THANK YOU ALL for your wonderful support... it just keeps coming. We can't do this without you... Oh my goodness!

Also... the support of our fellow hospo peeps in Kerikeri, AMAZING. I love how we all work together... and are there for each other if needed, very special. 🍅🍆🥑
