We are excited to share the news that another kiwi has joined Lodore Gardens. North Island brown kiwi can have up to two eggs per clutch, laying the first egg followed by a possible second within a few weeks. Once māmā has spent all her energy growing her large eggs it's Dad's job to incubate them until they hatch. This pair have successfully hatched three babies this year.

Aila - Hands in the Dirt has created such a magical space at her flower farm. Such a treat to learn from her and be inspired!
