Shifting locations for a kitchen is a mammoth and a very expensive challenge, one that I've had to do twice in the last 2 years. The task of just finding a building that can run your 3 phase or 15 Amp kitchen tools, is not negotiable, and adding a cpl more power points is $1000's of dollars. (Highly recommend Aotea Electrical) Can your tools even fit thru the door? Most of the time no 😭. How much are moving people, because kitchen cats are tuff, but the gear weighs a gazillion kgs. (Also highly recommend Pro Storage Movers & Storage ) Down time, lost income and wages because setting up a kitchen to function correctly is not done in a Day/week. Your shop front and the signage to let everyone know who you are again $1000's of dollars. ( Mine is AMAZING thanks to Sign Solutions , and also my Sugar Blast Freeze Dried Candy window that is STUNNING which Elm Marketing designed and the team at Sign Solutions created)
Shameless name drops on my behalf because if I didn't have these people I wouldn't have a business at all.
