Civic Theatre - Invercargill

The Civic Theatre, built in 1906, is of national historical significance making it a unique venue for events including international touring shows, local stage productions, concerts, weddings, conferences, meetings, and community events. There is a range of areas for hire including rooms ideally suited for breakout rooms, workshops or for refreshments, cocktail functions or dinners. The complex is fully licensed and is located in the city centre, five minutes from the airport and within walking distance from most inner city accommodation. Our experienced event management staff have extensive local knowledge and will assist with your conference planning - floor layouts, hospitality, catering, security, technical requirements, entertainment, accommodation and more.
